Acknowledging this is critical for every other woman on the rise. You are YOU before you fill any other roles in your life.
I am also a mother, a stepmother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, and a friend.
I was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, where I still reside. I am and will forever be a tomboy and a sports junkie. And I am truly passionate about encouraging and empowering all of the current and future female leaders to be their true and authentic selves.
I have spent the last 25 years in various leadership roles across several male-dominated industries and have learned a great deal about myself along the way. My mission now is to share my experiences in the hopes of making the pathway into leadership a little smoother for the next generation of female leaders.
