Happy Women’s History Month. 😍
If there’s one month this year where we all need to step out of our comfort zones and help move the needle forward, this is it. There are very few things in life that you will ever be fully prepared for. If you’ve never done something before, or are taking on a new role or position, how would you already know all of what you need to know?
The key is to not let that learning gap stop you from going for it. You’ll get there, and probably quicker than you think.
The secret weapon in your back pocket is your game face. No one needs to know that you don’t know all there is to know just yet. Keep your cards close to your chest, your eyes and ears open, and your breaths calm and even. Then bring what you do know to the table, along with your fresh insights and perspective and you’ll learn the rest as you go.
With you on the journey,
