We’re all somewhat “hard-wired” at birth, and understanding how your brain naturally works can help you work smarter as well as help with learning how to work well with others. The Right/Left brain quiz determines your analytical vs. creative make up while the Quiet Quiz assesses where you fall on the introvert/extrovert scale. Please note, there are no “right” or “wrong” answers and your initial response is the most accurate one.

DISC is a personal assessment tool used to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity – primarily in the workplace. The DiSC assessment looks at aspects of your personality and doesn’t measure intelligence or aptitude. Instead, it looks at indicators like how you respond to challenges and how well you work with others. The model provides a common language people can use to better understand themselves and those they interact with—and then use this knowledge to reduce conflict and improve working relationships.
